FOR FAST AND ACCURATE SERVICE

1. If you are requesting a background check for employment or licensing purposes you must provide the agency's name and authorization number.

2. You must bring a valid form of government issued photo identification.

3. Payment is due at time of appointment, we accept exact cash and credit cards.
