Chasey is the Founder and Director of Abruzza and has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps, law enforcement, adult education, and organizational consulting. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership in Teaching, a Master of Arts in Organizational Communications, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and an Associate of Arts in Human Services Counseling.
Chasey combines her expertise in leadership, workforce development, compliance, and training to provide organizations with professional solutions.

She conducts CPR, AED, and First Aid certification courses and performs fingerprinting and drug specimen collections with a focus on professionalism, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
